Call-A-Car

Camera phones should be able to take a photograph a liscence plate, OCR the number and call the person in the car corrisponding car. The wireless carrier would have to have a database of liscence plate and cell phone numbers.

"excuse ma'am could you get out of the right lane? your driving 90 miles per year."

Gee, a swell idea! That way dimbulbs would have another reason to talk on their cellphones while blocking the passing lane, forcing other drivers have to pass them on the right.

its legal to talk on a cell phone with a headset or an OEM set in a car. and its not distracting either. it would take less interaction than most normal calls
